Hi everyone, I am 27 , will be 28 in June. I have always been a spiritual person. I found yoga and meditation when I was about 14 years old. I used it mainly for exercise and went from 210 lbs down to 110 in a year just by eating right and yoga. I stayed thin till I reached my early 20s and inevitable slowly gained all my…

I know this is an old thread but I do have quite a bit to say on this topic. I was skeptical of this company for a long time. I watched friends who were in the business for OVER a year. I decided to give it a go and try them out. Do some research , in depth research before you knock it. The company promotes healthy eating…

SOmtimes when getting started with a workout regimen and sometimes evern for women who are extremely athletic and have been for a long time, it is common to have a lighter or nonexistant period for a month or so. I honestly wouldnt worry about it but if you are concerned , It could be many things ( diet wise, what you're…

Yeah he's AF too. Yeah we definitely crave more of anything here shopping, dining, some type of family recreation like put put golf. LOL. The closest town is about an hour away and still lacks luster. I do love the fact that it has an extremely small town feel, think Mayberry :) I am still waiting to see Aunt B somewhere.…

P.S. Not to steal the thread or anything but have a question for some of you who may know. This is our first duty station. How do you know when you will be getting pcs orders before you're told or get them? The reason I am asking is because we actually do kind of somewhat like where we are, as with anywhere there are pros…

Hi everyone, My name is Katie, I am 24 going to be 25 this June. I live in Oklahoma with my 19 month old son and my husband. I am originally from south Alabama. I am joining this journey to meet like minded people and for the support group for everyone because I am sure we all need it at one point or another. I have been…

I think that everyone has an eating disorder. Nutrition these days is something that a lot of people don't know very much about. Either people eat too much or they eat too little or they are on an extreme diet. I think partially to blame is media and the way people think women or men should look. Then turn around and the…

Not being an A** or anything just genuinely curious nikilis, Are you actually curious? Vegans and vegetarians get so much crap about the way they eat but in all honesty theres nothing wrong with it. If you are genuinely curious then sure we can all have that conversation if not I don't think a newbie is someone you need to…

I prefer mine raw or made into guac but I have been experimenting lately. Right now I have a homemade mexican style soup going where I diced some up and threw it in . I make avacado quesadillas where I throw tomatoes, avacados, lemon juice, salt, a bit of tofu into a processor and then fry it up into a tortilla.

I eat mostly veggies, nuts, beans, and tofu. Mostly I think of fruits not as a food but as a dessert or as another vitamin source. Make most of your meals with veggies and in the morning or after dinner if you've monitored your nutrients and need extra vitamin c etc or need a sugar fix THEN reach for the fruit. I am not…

I am fairly new. I have been vegetarian for a month and vegan for 2 weeks. This is not my first go around with this lifestyle, but it is since I now control what food is in my fridge and on my plate! ... *Thanks mom* LOL. But in all seriousness. I would love to have more vegan friends. Add me.

It does depend on your body. Spome people get very lucky and never gain any weight from it or not much. I was 13 and decided to get on depo for skin problems, period problems etc. Before I ever started on depo I was 117 lbs. The first shot I gained 50 lbs. The second shot I gained another 20 then the third shot I got I…

I will add to this. Firs off to avoid being screamed at, OP your legs look great. I think strong legs look amazing, HOWEVER comma dot dot dot I prefer the lean ( not long) "scrawny" leg look ON MYSELF. I currently do not lift heavy but want to eventually! here comes the point of my post. I have been all over the weight…

I have recently started eating more, However,... I prefer to eat between 1100-1200 cals a day. I also feel full. There is another reason for this. I eat a plant based diet. Fruits and vegetables have lower calories than meaty meals do. So it is much easier to get full and stay full on a plant based diet with lower calorie…
