Add some chia seeds to the oatmeal or whatever you decide to eat. They expand during digestion..giving you that full feeling longer.

Or you can mash in a can of condensed cream of potato (I generally use a 4-serving frozen bag)..eat as is, add salt and pepper, butter flakes, even cheese and bacon bits, yum, yum yum. Today, I am going to try to mash with a can of condensed broccoli and cheddeer and add in some broccoli florets. creamy creamy creamy

Any of the Hibiscus tea from the Republic of Tea. My favorite is Pinapple Lychee. It is naturally sweet. My mom and I buy this one in bulk and share because we drink it so much. It's supposed to have the health benefits of helping to lower blood pressure, naturally having vitamin C, it is a mild diuretic, other cultures…

For what it's worth as a comparison...at Applebee's a 7oz Sirlon is 250 calories and 9oz is 310 calories. That and seasonal veggies you can eat out and enjoy!

Back when I was teen and about 90 lbs; after a track meet or marching in a parade, I could eat a big mac, 6 piece chicken nuggets, large fries, fried apple pie, and a large sprite. Once I had a good burp, I could eat a little more. I'm way bigger now and can't eat half that.

You might want to google Fibroids and exercise. It can cause heavy bleeding that mimics a period if you do strenuous exercise or a lot of ab work.
