Just to update...decided against a "cleanse". Did increase the water and clean eating. This has been a pretty consistent lifestyle for me for some time, so I don't expect to see much change in my digestive and skin issues, but we will see. Been having some digestive issues as well as some skin issues, thinking a cleanse might help. I am trying to avoid the doctor, I know not the best way to go, but worth a try??

Mine is a Weight Watchers Digital. Got it from Bed Bath and Beyond, pricey but very accurate, caluclates for individual users up to four. Good luck!

Love mine with tomatoes and cucumbers, sometimes I will add a little bit of vinagrette with it!!

I can tell you that with my HRM, after weeks of doing the same exercises, my body adjusts and I do struggle to get my HR up and my calories burned will decrease. I have found that taking time off, or switching up my activities, ie doing weights/strength training, helps to keep from this plateau. Good luck!

It is a challenging workout, but with all of Jillian's workouts, it targets the whole body with a focus on B and T. I enjoy Jillian for my core/strength training days, but not so much for cardio workouts. Good luck!!

It's pretty intense. Just don't give up! It will seem at first like you can't keep up, do the moves, and are failing. You will be amazed at how you get better everyday, until you are doing better than some in the video :)
