3 lbs gained, progress is progress.... I'm still lifting and will increase TDEE 2900+ Macros are still in check and body fat still 15%! Thanks for input guys!

I've been at or below my goal weight since the beginning of the year. I have been eating more and workout 6 days a week. I am on a cardio based program at this time, but plan to get back into weights soon. I think that has gotten me the most desirable results at this point in my journey.

Working at a hospital, they are required or I have the option to wear a mask for what seems like FOREVER! Last year I declined... I wanted to fight the power.. I personally think they are ineffective and you are prolly more susceptible to contracting the flu with the vaccine. I will play ball this year and get it :P

That's awesome! P90X has changed my life around. Love this program. I'm on day 26 of my 3 round. I can't get enough of it! It definitly will show you how to live a healthy lifestyle. Bring it!

TurboFire is a mix of kickboxing and dancing. It is pretty intense for me I'm not a cardio kinda guy lol! But I'm learning and getting the hang of it. It's tonights workout!

Awesome you are liking CLX! The daily workout of P90X is about an hour. Abs are done every other day which is only 15 minutes. Yoga is an hour and a half! So, time is an issue. I know a lot of people who really enjoy both these programs! Combat is based on martial arts and Pump is high rep weight lifting. Personally, I LOVE P90X! I also have done RevAbs and I'm just starting TurboFire. If you need support for these kind of programs, I'd love to help you!

Weight lifting is a great way to burn fat. You are doing the right thing! Just be consistent, weigh yourself no more than once a week and do it first thing in the AM. Keep up the good work!
