I am looking for Fit Pals to help me get this goal. I have lost 85 lbs in a year, maintained for a year, my goal now is to be a solid 200 lbs at 13% body fat. Current exersice regime is weights and calisthenics about an hour a day 5 days a week 2700 calories TDEE. Current stats are 187 lbs @ 15 % . I will need pointers for gaining healthy weight. Thanks Pals!

Hi Pat
The best way to go up in weight is to increase the calories slowly and be patient as initially you may get some fat gains!! So assuming your eating clean just increase the carbs a bit to aid the growth.0 -
Hi Pat, good luck 200lb is the golden number for a lot of people.
Remember
Eat and lift heavy, youll get there.0 -
Use an actual weight training program. Eat enough to gain. Keep thinking in a long term (years).0
