I've just added Hilltop Hoods to my running playlist. Also Death Cab for Cutie.

It could be low iron intake. I used to get very very cold to the point my finger nails would turn blue when my iron levels were low (though not so low I was anemic).

I'm a similar height and build. I look fabulous and healthy at 135. I love being 130. At 125, my bones stick out and my husband won't come near me. I am also cold all the time from 135 down so that is what I am aiming to get back to.

I saw the article as well. I don't see any reason you couldn't recreate the same idea very easily at home. I struggle to weigh everything but thought after reading this I could just buy some measuring cheap cups and mark them for each category.

I've had the same problem and finally struck on adding one of those mattress toppers about six weeks ago. It has made a huge difference.
