He sounds verbally abusive and you nor your children should ever hear that!! Unsupportive is one thing this is abusive. You and your children deserve better. If he is willing try counseling if not the choice is yours but it does not sound good from what you are telling us. I hope things get better

When I am working out I drink at least 24 oz of water and then continue to drink water after I work out. Thank you all for the ideas it was a bit of a downer to get the headach but I don't want to give up

The Walk Fit DVDs could be a good place for her to start. The video I found came with resistance bands and you can add weights if you choose. Also be on the look out for used Weight Watchers videos they offer different intensity levels and have strength building added in.

I have gotten migraines since I was younger. Yesterday was the first day that I had this intensity in the workout. I had the start of a migraine the other day but took some advil before it got to the point where it got bad. Last night I did not feel it coming on as I was asleep and then was woken by the pain.

you could try using some Goldbond type powder to keep the moister problems down. I am not sure if that will help, also see if you can find some danskin type pants that help keep the moister away from the skin. I used to get a rash from sweating under my bra and switched to a danskin bra that helps keep the moister away and…

I love my fruit too but I have cut back to one time a day eating fruit and have started to eat more protien. I would suggest getting your blood work checked for thyroid issues. I have two bad knees one has already had surgery. The other knee clicks every time I walk down stairs or use certain machines. I walk on a treadmill and increase the level to work the calories more than speed. I am not sure what is going on with your knees but for me the treadmill is easier on my knees
