Me too! Only one thing killed my calorie count, but I am going to throw down a work out in a few minutes to fix that.

1. skirts with an elastic wasteband or wrap-around are great 2. alterations maybe cheaper than new clothes 3. a good belt helps with pants 4. ask friends and family if they have some extra stuff in your size

My motivation to go to the gym is when the cute fire fighters from the local station come to work out. They come in every day like clock work. A little eye candy never hurts when you are trying to find a reason to stay on the treadmill.

I am a notary, go to your bank and have them witness your oath.

I don't know what you see, but your pictures are beautiful! I do agree that no matter what you look like in the mirror, if you can't stop putting your self down, you should probably speak with a councilor.

If you have had a significant change in appetite, you may want to check in with your doctor. If you still eat like you normally did, but get full faster or stay satisfied longer, it may just be a sign that your stomach has adjusted to eating less.

Quitting smoking is much healthier than any amount of pounds you put on! Keep with it. One thing that really helps is to have something in your mouth like gum. You will have cravings for something and food is one of those that people who quit go for. Good luck and best wishes!

I agree, all my weight is in my thighs and booty. Try getting a measurement from your local gym. They will measure the fat on your body by doing this pinch test (I don't know what it is called). It will give you a better idea of where you are.

Keep at it! You have friends here who feel the same. When I get stressed, I try to go for a walk. It's relaxing and it's exercise so you don't have to feel so guilty about the extra snacks. Also, if you feel a binge coming on, chug some water first. It will help fill your stomach so you can't eat as much. Best wishes!!!

I'm about 5'2 and my goal is about 115lb. My real goal though is to fit back into the size 3-4 jeans.
