Don't have an Appitite?

I have had no appitite to eat very much I've lost a signifigant amout of weight not to long ago could that be a contributing factor? I don't eat the calories that is assigned to me I actually eat less is this ok or healthy?

If you have had a significant change in appetite, you may want to check in with your doctor. If you still eat like you normally did, but get full faster or stay satisfied longer, it may just be a sign that your stomach has adjusted to eating less.0

As long as you don't go below 1200 cals.....that is unhealthy supposedly.0
