Day 16 (yesterday)- 30 minutes of snowshoeing, 30 bench presses of my kids (45 and 55 pounds), 20 curls.

Day 15- 30 minutes of snowshoveling, 45 minutes of recumbent bike for 608 calories. 5 days to go!

11 days down of my 20 days of exercise goal. Weird...not losing that much weight, but my pants are loose- Gaining muscle maybe? I alternate cardio days with strength training days...any thoughts?

Mystic- looks like it might just be you and me! Day 11- 60 min. biking, 810 calories. 65 crunches, 4 pullups. Feelin' that kind of GOOD tired!

Day 10- 60 minutes cycling- 801 calories. Halfway there! How are the rest of you doing? I did have a nice lady from church bring by some oh-so-delicious chocolates (handmade) that probably side-tracked my calories on Sunday, but back on the horse (bike) the past 2 days!

12/09/2010- 60 pushups, 60 suspended crunches 12/11/2010- 60 minutes cycling- 800 calories burned, plus 60 pushups, 60 suspended crunches. (Company party tonight- more than my share of delicious pasta, so gotta get it worked off !) Thanks to all of you for sharing your successes- appreciate the inspiration!

Missed yesterday due to illness, so being inspired by others on this challenge, I fought through it and got 80 crunches and 60 pushups today. Cardio tomorrow. day 4 DONE!
