It's a great workout!! I am on day 3 and it's getting my butt..the thing that's keeping me going is how great it feels to be done so quickly. I also can't wait to post before and after pictures. Good Luck

Hand weights, I use 5 lbs because I'm a beginner. And a towel because you will sweat!! Good luck

Thanks for the tips about cardio. I power walk 40 minutes a day on my breaks at work, it helps to relieve work stress too :)

I haven't done any pole fitness classes but I realllyy want to. It's going to be my gift to myself once I lose about 50 pounds. I was always wondering is it really hard and does it really make you feel "sexy" because I heard it was great for confidence and I haven't been able to feel sexy since I had my baby.
