If it's possible, trying working out 4-5 days a week. Even jus for 30 minutes. And like you said, you always eat under 1,500 calories, but are the things you eating actually healthy?

Thanks for the links. I basically just ate a ton of strawberries, some cherries, and a couple bottles of water.

It could be water weight or you're gaining muscle. Muscle does weigh more than fat.

I'm really not sure what part hurts, maybe my kneecaps? And usually it hurts right after but then i go lay down and they feel better when I get up. No I do not do ITB stretches. No I haven't been professionally fitted. My knees don't hurt while I'm running, it's when I get off the treadmill.

Hopefully I haven't done too much damage. I don't think it's genetic because my moms a really good runner. I wear Nike's. They're called Relentless 2. Thank you!

Yes you should but binging is not helpin you lose weight. Don't binge and I'm sure you'll see slight results in a week and a half or two.
