  • I feel really bad for this girl. I think that BOTH her and the mother are to blame. You don't just "become" morbidly obese overnight. This girl is only 17 years old, obviously she's been making bad choices her whole life. Her mother should have taught her HOW to make better choices, and obviously given her healthier meals.…

  • My biggest mistake was losing 30 lbs and being SO proud of myself, then going to New York City and not getting back on the wagon for 6 months. I gained 15 lbs back, but I'm on my way to my GW now! LOVE MFP.
  • If I go to McDonalds I get the cheeseburger happy meal. Yes it is quite a bit of calories, but I don't go to McDonalds every day. It's small portions and it's better than a Big Mac! :)
