I LOVE making pot roast in mine!
Mix together:
1 can of low sodium/low fat cream of mushroom soup
1 can low sodium beef broth
about 2/3 package onion soup mix
1 teaspoon crushed or chopped garlic
Grab your favorite cut roast and season the outside with Montreal Steak Seasoning. Sear it in a pan just to brown the edges.
I put mine in on high for 3 hours (flipping halfway) and then on low for another 4 (again flipping halfway). When you remove the roast it will make its own gravy. Just thicken it up with flour or corn starch. LOVE this recipe. If you have a big enough crock pot it's also great if you used chopped potatoes, carrots and mushrooms in it.0 -

I like to make WW version of Potato Soup
Depending on how much you want to make and how thick or soup you want you may need to adjust the hash browns and the chicken broth. I like mine thicker than soupy,
2 bags frozen hash browns (any style / flavor)
1 pkg country gravy
2-3 cans of low fat chicken broth
I also like to chopped garlic to taste.
Cook on low 8 hours
Serve alone or with toppings to make like a loaded potato soup0 -

I'll often do a chicken in mine. Just scrunch up some tin foil and put the chicken on top. Put on slow for 8 hrs and it just falls apart.0

The Meat Loaf receipe sounds brillant
I did have one my pen freind in america gave me but lost reciepe a long while ago so any slow cooker reciepes would
be lovely
we got given one ages ago and so far just made vegatable soup
M&S do a stock pot pack
with
1 onion
1/2 a swede
4/5 carrots
1 Leek
I add 2 potatoes
Chop all into small 1 to 2 inch cubes add
Knorr Chicken stock pot
With just enough water to cover all ingrediants
Cook for 4/5 hours till vegatables are soft
Then mash all with a potaote masher till how you like it
ot use blender to make into more of puree
This makes enough fore the 2 of us and you can freeze any leftovers if you dont eat it all.
Also if you find there is too much liquid strain some off and use it for next soup.
this can also be frozen.
Im afriad i do not know carloire content but if someone could work it out that would be good
