GL! I don't have it but I know it's possible to lose weight with hypothyroidism. It's tough but continue to preserver! I have a friend that is the opp, hyperthyroidism, and he can't gain weight for nothing.

Sorry quick response. I meant, do not drink while you're eating. I did this for almost two weeks before and it did not effect my muscle growth, nor my weight.

very odd working schedule. I would wake up early in the morning if I had that schedule. Or you can have dinner at work and work out right after work.

Drink drink all day! Just don't think while you're eating. B/c your body will put the food you're eating to the side, or store it s fat, while your body trying to rid of the alcohol. That's how you get fat. It won't effect muscle growth though. If it does, barely!

I don't think it's tortue, I think it's discipline! It takes time so take baby steps. Just snack on something light for now until it's time to hit up the restaurant.

Don't eat until you get to the sushi restaurant. that's if you can last that long. that way you can splurge all you want on sushi!! Also look up "ghrelin" It's probably that is the cause of your hunger. Fight it and win! GL

I use to take it immediately after workout. But i gave up protein shake for a about a month and a half now. I see no point in them if you get enough protein in your daily diet. and it's really not that serious anymore to take protein immediately after workout.

It won't hurt but you can also try intermittent fasting. It helped me lose 3 lbs in 3 weeks but i have been plateaued for a couple of week now b/c i've been out of town and consuming too much alcohol but i'm back in it again.

To be honest, I don't follow that TDEE thing. My TDEE is around the same as yours. I never heard of anyone taking their TDEE in consideration until i came upon MFP. Try ignoring TDEE and do what you're doing now. Follow your MFP calorie goal and leave it at that.

Ask yourself how bad you want it? it all comes down to discipline. The mirror is your friend. If you don't like what you see than take action on it. also, the eating part. Treat everyday as if it's a new day.

just fight it! you'll get use to it. I "feel" hungry all the time but i know i'm not. Drink a lot of water to fill your stomach up. It's a discipline thing for me. GL And to make note* the reason i say "feel" hungry is b/c you think you are hungry but you're not. Your body do produce a type of hormones called "ghrelin"…
