  • Just made these this morning, with a little adjustment ( I dont have a processor or blender, for one!) Anyway, so tasty. I added 1/2 plain yogurt and did 2 cups knife-chopped quick oats and 1/2 bread flour and it worked out to about 120 cals per muffin. Thanks for breakfast!
  • I didnt do ANY exercise yesterday. I got caught up on school work that I have been slacking on, and spent time with my dude who was home for the weekend. We had beer and cheese for dinner! :( Needless to say, I think I need to schedule a date with Jillian today....Week 1 Day 3.

  • My goals for the next two weeks: 1. Exercise 3 times a week- hopefully be brave enough to jog a couple of times, but at least kickboxing and hiking/biking. 2. Drink more water, less coffee! 3. • I have been the same weight for about 10 years. (150-155, 5'7"). I would love to shake 10 pounds off and tone up my stomach and legs!
  • You could add ground flax seed to increase fiber!
  • I have been looking into weights to incorporate into my daily work outs. Thank you for the advice! And congratulations on your weight loss- keep it up!
  • That is intense! Thanks for the info though!
  • Awesome. Thank you- I just went for a run and wasn't sure what to eat after. I heard protein helps you to recover faster?
