I feel for you. We always have treats in our lunch room(which is our only one). I try to live by the rule if its not in my lunch bag I am not allowed to have it. It works sometimes.

Jump in & do as much as you can. Start working out strength & cardio. Build up your endurance do alittle more each day or increase your weight & resistance as you can. You can do it good luck!

Take it 1 day at a time. No one goes forever without having things they shouldn't. Don't keep beating yourself up. Just start over. Every day is a new day with a new start. You can do it get back on track when the sun rises tomorrow.

You can do it! I am starting with baby steps & looking at 10lbs at a time. Not gonna beat myself up if I have something not healthy just work out harder to burn the calories.
