Helllloooo. I have just started and have already lost a load of weight !

Started diet chef 4 days ago and can't believe the results and how rarely I feel truly hungry. Peckish maybe but not really hungry ! So glad I started. I have 90kg to lose. I have shed 5 so far

I don't want the fat content. I'm new at this diet and if I allow dip now I know I'll go nuts. Need to be in the mind frame first.

Just take it as a cheat day and move on. As long as you don't do it aaallll the time you will still lose weight. Some people say that we need days where we eat a little more to keep us in a good healthy dieting mind frame and stop us from being miserable.

I'm dealing with something similar I think that you put yourself into an anti food mind set in a away. Your boundaries of what Is hungry change aswel I think.
