I am revisiting P90x. Did it in 2009 and it worked pretty well for me. 3 weeks in right now. I think I will transition to insanity when done. Also trying to mix in some treadmill work for extra cardio.

I have been a yoyo with my weight going up 20 then I get back in shape and start all over again. Back at start over. 43 and hoping to stick with this time. I welcome support and an happy to give what I can back.

I use T25 when I am short of time. When I have longer I add in a run on the TM or do a P90X workout.

I'm in. No booze for going on 6 years now. I do enjoy N/A beer once in a while though, mostly when I golf.

T25 is more cardio with moderate toning body weight stuff. P90 is going to give you more weightlifting and less cardio. I am trying to do T25 with a couple of days of P90x mixed in (chest, arms, back lifting) and also some additional cardio on the treadmill. It takes little more time and sometimes I don't get everything…

I am interested if you can wait for me to get back from vacation in 10 days. I'm on recovery until my return after working out for 9 weeks with P90x/T25/running mix. Lost 12 lbs so far with a few more to go. Pic is from last pre-vacation weigh in this morning. Will put back normal profile pic at end of day.

I have been waking up in the night after 5 hours as well. I have a snack and then go back to bed and that seems to allow me to get a couple more hours. It is hunger that wakes me up.

Feel free to add me as well. I've been working out for a few months now and really struggling to get back down to my target weight. Lost 4 lbs of 15 so far. It used to come right back off after my lazy streaks but this time at 41 it is putting up a fight.
