As above, it sounds, without actually looking like it, as plantar fasciitis. There are the basic remedies; RICE. Rest, ice, compression and elevation. I would advise speaking to a Pod. as they might help you find the cause. They also can give you some home exercises to do to 'work' your foot and make the problem less…

Well according to my biology teacher and his research, if the burgers didn't have lettuce and gherkins, it would actually have to be classed as a confectionery item because of the amount of sugar it contains. I guess protein wise it is high, but personally I would rather avoid it.

As above, if it is a mild cold I will still workout but perhaps not as intense as I normally would but anything else and I just rest. Don't want to be over-doing it and take a step back.

Same principal here; only listen to them whilst running. I've listened to the woman in black and slumdog millionaire on my runs. Now listening to japanese faerie tales that I got from ebay. Worth working out for to listen to them!

I thought was the only one to listen to audio books whilst running! Prefer it to music really as I don't have to keep changing my music and can also think about the story which takes my mind off running.
