Your stats are very similar to mine. I'm at 1660 a day and eat back most of my exercise calories. My profile is open if you want to see.

Btw, this was in January and I've maintained the weight loss with no problems

Beachbody Ultimate Reset would do it. I lost 6.5 lbs in 21 days but most people lose more than that. Broke through my plateau and got me to goal weight..... Finally!
-
If I were 5'2", I'd aim for 110lbs.

Honestly? I finally lost my last 6.5 pounds doing the Beachbody Ultimate Reset. Did it in January and have kept it all off. I am not affiliated with Beachbody in any way. I think it took a completely different meal plan for 3 weeks to kick start my body into making a change.

Do what works best for your macros. I am always over on fat so I drink skim

Quality sleep and a clean diet low in processed sugar and white carbs is key. You may need to lose another 10 pounds for your height too. Are you doing strength training too? I have my flat stomach back after 2 kids, but my youngest is 8. Good luck!

Take up running. I can torch 700 calories in an hour and that usually solves my surplus problems. Alternately, maybe you aren't giving yourself enough calories. If you are using the default of 1200 calories, then that is probably your problem and perhaps you can calculate your BMR and adjust your settings to something more…
