"Hamburger helper"

My family loves the hamburger helper beef stroganoff (though we use ground turkey not beef). its simple. its cheap. but its not so good for ya. i LOVE REAL beef stroganoff (not made with ground beef but strew meat!) but its not as easy.

does anyone know of a homemade cheap, health (IER) hamburger helper recipe for those "gotta throw it together fast" nights?
