  • Hello, all! I did my interval run on the treadmill this morning--30 min of 2 min x 6.1 mph and 1 min x 7.1 mph. Then I lifted weights for another 20 min. The week is off to a good start! Sheryl

  • I did my treadmill interval workout this am--30 min total, with 2 min at 6.0 mph, then 1 min at 7.0 mph. I only had to stop once to catch my breath--must be all that Halloween candy powering me!   • Because I have menstrual migraines, I take the 3 month pill and only get my period 4 time a year. Lucky me!!   • Treadmill runner checking in--I put in 4.75 miles today running, then walked another 0.25 for a cooldown. I was so proud of myself!! It was a much easier run than on Monday and it felt good.   • Good morning!! I ran 4.5 miles on the treadmill this am. I was aiming for 4.0 because I woke up with a migraine, but thanks to a Relpax and Bleeding Love, which came on my iPod at 4.0 miles, I was able to stick with it and made it the last half mile.
