Enjoy the brunch and try to make up for the extra calories consumed by going for a walk after.
-
I am in the right mindset and can actually stick with recording my food intake for longer than 10 days.
-
Kommodevaran perhaps food plan was the wrong word to use. I don't diet because that never works for me. I log my food on here and try to stay between 1700 and 2000 calories. Yes I can lose weight eating that much as long as I don't sneak any food in.

Wow I am sitting here reading this thread as I am contemplating what to stuff my mouth with to get the full feeling that I never reach. It looks like I am constantly looking for that high but not getting it. I can stick to a food plan for a while but then something snaps and I can't stop eating. Sometimes it takes me over…

I went years ago and lost my first 20 pounds. It is a great support system.

Keep up with the great work. We are here for your support.

I started July 5 walking and cutting back my calories. Down 22 pounds

Thinking of joining too. I need some extra motivation to hit my goal.

Alopecia can be caused by stress. I lost all my hair back in 2014. Within 2 months I had no hair left at all. It took 4 months for there to be any sign of new growth. Within a year I had short hair again but a lot thinner than before. I didn't get any injections. I just worked on eliminating the stress.

I eat between 25g and 30g of fiber a day and also only go once every three to four days. But that's my normal.
-
I am down 50 pounds from my heaviest. Back then I didn't feel that big. I actually feel bigger now
-
I am having this problem too. Tried to uninstall my mfp app but it won't even let me do that lol
-
Welcome back. You can do this. You can add me as a friend if you like.

I gained 14 pounds. That's holiday eating and nor being able to walk because of an injury to my knee. I have been able to get 5 pounds off again with logging everything I eat.

Issues related to work and almost losing my job at the beginning of the month derailed me. Add an injury to my knee, Christmas and now being restricted with my walking because of my knee. All this put me right back where I started this challenge. But I am not giving up.
-
Today I will not give up even if I am struggling
-
5 more pounds to go for me which will give me my wiggle room. I am over the moon at the moment having finally reached my first goal.
-
