Hello everyone! Welcome to the three month pick your own difficulty challenge. This challenge will last from February - April.
You get to choose how much weight you want to lose within this three month period and below is a guide to what you might choose. Feel free to add your personal goal.
Level 1 - 5 pounds ★

Level 3 - 15 pounds ★★★

I'll also add some goals: go for daily walks (working from home this past year has created a massive drop in general movement) and be more intentional with meal planning. Those were both areas I was strong in when I worked "in office" and just need to get back on it! : )3 -
