22 Feb: 207.2 Another overnight jump in weight but still better than last week and less than starting weight so I will take this as an inspiration to make the much needed improvements in my diet and exercise plans.

Total loss for Feb: 0.6 Lost. Very happy with this considering that winter is the hardest to lose.
01 March: 206.6 Spring is not until May in northern Michigan (planting starts June 1st) so this entire challenge will still be a winter challenge for me. While it is the hardest time to lose, and it is dangerously too slippery outside until May for this old gal, I will give it my all.
08 March: 208.2 Damn it already! Pizza last night adding nearly a pound didn’t help. It was the dinner choice during an important family and extended family meeting. Buckling down today!
15 March: 207.2 Daughter and grandson moved in over the weekend. Wow, this will be challenging to meal plan & prep, especially with the houseful of people involved in the renovations. Honestly, don’t want to cook 3 or 4 different dinners. Not sure how this will play out. Portion control rather than special recipes? We’ll see how long they are here and what I can do.

Really please to end the month with a 4lb weight loss. I am starting to notice larger weight fluctuations as I get closer to my goal. It seems like ovulation masks my weight loss. When I finish ovulating I see a larger drop.

15 Feb: 208.8 This reflects an overnight jump in weight. I went OMAD yesterday but it was a bit starchy. It still feels unfair.
22 Feb: 207.2 Another overnight jump in weight but still better than last week and less than starting weight so I will take this as an inspiration to make the much needed improvements in my diet and exercise plans.

Total loss for Feb: 0.6 Lost. Very happy with this considering that winter is the hardest to lose.
01 March: 206.6 Spring is not until May in northern Michigan (planting starts June 1st) so this entire challenge will still be a winter challenge for me. While it is the hardest time to lose, and it is dangerously too slippery outside until May for this old gal, I will give it my all.
08 March: 208.2 Damn it already! Pizza last night adding nearly a pound didn’t help. It was the dinner choice during an important family and extended family meeting. Buckling down today!
15 March: 207.2 Daughter and grandson moved in over the weekend. Wow, this will be challenging to meal plan & prep, especially with the houseful of people involved in the renovations. Honestly, don’t want to cook 3 or 4 different dinners. Not sure how this will play out. Portion control rather than special recipes? We’ll see how long they are here and what I can do.
