    Good morning everyone! I just wanted to share this info. I was having a really hard time getting enough protein in my diet, so a friend recommended I try premier protein drinks with 30g of protein and only 1g of sugar. I was really hesitant, because all I could think about was the nasty after-taste of other protein drinks that I had tried in the past. I finally took the leap, and to my very pleasant surprise, the drinks are rather tasty and it's an easy 30g of protein.. So far I have tried the chocolate and the cafe latte. The cafe latte is my favorite so far, but the chocolate is also good. I was just wondering if any of you have tried these drinks and what flavors? I'm thinking of trying the peach next.

    Good evening @blackburn23 - Sounds interesting. I have tried meal replacement protein shakes in the past and I always enjoyed the cafe latte but I found they did not satisfy me for the calories they cost. Hope you enjoy them and they help with your goals :smile:

    Hi everyone, I just found your group & would love to join. I've been slacking lately & letting my weight creep up. I feel the best when I'm around 115 lbs so I'm hoping that this challenge will give me the motivation I need to finally get back on track. I know I'm not overweight but some of my jeans are starting to not fit me anymore :) I'm challenging myself this week to a very strict diet to kick start my weight loss & will try to maintain a 2 lb per month weight loss until I reach my goal.

    And wouldn't you know it, someone brought donuts into work today. I LOVE DONUTS. I'll grab one to put in the freezer & have it next week. Since I'm trying to be very strict this week.
