Oh yeah, I wanted to comment about the Premier protein shakes. I'm not using them as a meal replacement. Been there, tried that, didn't work. I'm adding the shakes into my eating plan to get more protein into my diet. I have a tendency to fall short on protein a lot of the time. I'm not sure if it's really a thing, or just in my head, but I really do think increasing my protein has cut back on some of my food cravings. I can also tell that I don't feel as hungry as I did before adding them. Hopefully, that will continue to be the trend. We'll see.
