    It’s amazing to realize that I’ve been either running & weight lifting or playing tennis or skiing literally 365 days a year since 2017. I don’t really need or believe in rest days. Consistency is what works for me.

    Oh yeah, I wanted to comment about the Premier protein shakes. I'm not using them as a meal replacement. Been there, tried that, didn't work. I'm adding the shakes into my eating plan to get more protein into my diet. I have a tendency to fall short on protein a lot of the time. I'm not sure if it's really a thing, or just in my head, but I really do think increasing my protein has cut back on some of my food cravings. I can also tell that I don't feel as hungry as I did before adding them. Hopefully, that will continue to be the trend. We'll see.

    I like the caramel ones. I mix it with my morning coffee

    Really please to end the month with a 4lb weight loss. I am starting to notice larger weight fluctuations as I get closer to my goal. It seems like ovulation masks my weight loss. When I finish ovulating I see a larger drop.
