  • Oh wow, honestly I don't know what to tell you. I would consult my primary care physician if I were you. I think for a 5"6 tall woman 103 is still too low. But you doc should be able to tell you more, also to explain to you how to add food to your diet without straining your body. Good luck!

To the different exercise: that a good point, your body simply gets used to it. Keep riding your horse tho, I always envy you when I see your exercise post ;)

  • I realized, that once I started using Mfp I wouldn't snack so much or eat out of boredom, because I write everything down now. the temptation to just grab something to eat really went down for me.
