  • I love the special K20 drinks-- 30 cals 5g Protein and 5g Fiber. I often drink one along with some of the lower cal snack options mentioned in the thread to add an extra protein and fiber boost. Cocktail Shrimp are also a good high protein low cal snack.
  • I am getting at least 1 of the Zumba games if not two as a belated birthday for myself-- so thanks for the thread I was debating about the Zumba Core. I typically do the Dance Central Games on the Kinnect for xbox and love them-- so I am excited for something new!
  • I am on Day 2-- I love the idea of adding some music instead. It's an intense short workout, but I can really feel it and I get a great adrenaline rush when I am done.
  • I do the same thing but with Dance Central 3 on the Kinnect for Xbox. It has an awesome fitness mode and it tons of fun.
  • I use Greek yogurt to make smoothies in the morning. I add 1/2 cup of frozen fruit; a splash of juice; ice; and ground flax seed. Its delicious.
