How accurate is the figures here for burning these calories? I know you burn more in Hot Yoga, but 630 seems like way too good of a deal, despite the fact I sweat my BRAINS out... Thoughts?

I have a 32 oz. Nalgene bottle and fill it up 2-3 times a day at work and don't consume quite as much at home. On days that I exercise I of course always have a bottle handy. I have been known to drink 128+ oz. of water in a day.

The Taco Pasta Salad if followed by recipe yields quite a bit of food. I was mixing everything into a 6 QT stockpot and it filled it over half way! Needless to say we ate it for lunch and dinner a few times in a row, and I brought some into the office as did the hubs. Happy munching!

Diet pills in general just scare me, for obvious reasons. Considering the FDA doesn't really monitor these supplements raises a huge concern to me. I would say that as a rule of thumb; if it promises unusual results without diet or exercise, while 'boosting your metabolism,' it probably shouldn't go in your mouth. Period.…

I would not take it. My sister died from cardiac arrest from a similar diet pill in 2002. No bueno.
