Being an example for your parents to follow is probably the most rewarding! Congratulations on your NSVs!

Fantastic NSV! Sounds like you're being consistent and working hard!

Congratulations! Its nice when someone else notices...and I can't wait for the same to happen for me. Great job...and I like your philosophy-'this is a lifestyle, so don't do anything radical'.

Feeling great is the best benefit of all the hard work! Congrats!

Excellent self-control! These little victories all add up (or stop adding up!)

While this is a fantastic success story...maybe post your question on the other boards for more responses? Sorry I can't help--I haven't reached my goal, yet. :)

Depression is a natural part of the grieving process. Losing your MIL is a big loss. Just make an effort to get some sunshine, call a supportive friend, or go for a quick walk everyday. But if you need more help recovering from this, please see you doctor, too. And...it is not something you should just 'get over'. You can…

I can already see you're getting motivated. Good luck on your journey--each day is a new day, so don't quit if you make a mistake--just begin again! (also, your daughter is gorgeous!)

I love it! Keep up the hard work. :)

Wonderful! I'm 5'5" and I'm starting at around 175-180, too. Its great to see a success story of someone who started at the same weight/height. Thank you for the pics and inspiration!

I hope you burn about 5 calories while chewing! (lotsa muscles in the jaw/mouth area!)
-
I'm almost more excited about the price you paid for the jeans! I love thrift stores... Congrats on the NSV!

You could exercise a little to earn some more calories for a heartier dinner? :)
-
Wonderful work! Its hard to resist, especially before lunch time. :) (I've refused a few samples before--mostly because I was too lazy to log the calories!) Keep up the strong self-discipline!
-
Congratulations! This truly is a NSV--you're determined to make a change! (Beware of the colleagues though...don't let them make you feel guilty for not attending. If they're really supportive, they won't 'encourage' you to go to the next one.) You should really be proud--so plan a reward for yourself, like getting your…
