So the photo's a bit crap, but whatever...
13 months down...
Height: 5'2"
Age: 32
SW: 141 lbs
CW: 99 lbs and hopefully maintaining
It's been an adventure. I came from a pretty intense sporting background, and then had to stop training and competing pretty much cold turkey due to work commitments. But I kept eating the way I'd always eaten when I was training and competing. And I piled on about 30 lbs in 18 months. So for me I don't think it was ever necessarily about the food I ate, but more about keeping it in line with how much exercise I was doing. And now I have the "no excuses" philosophy about training, I'm happy with my body again (more or less) and I feel great. Having been pretty active and "skinny" most of my life, I don't think I really comprehended just how much of an effect weight gain would have on how I felt both physically and mentally.
