My first NSV!!!

Today I had my first NSV! I have been doing water aerobics for the past few weeks I chose water aerobics as my form of exercise because I needed something that would be friendly on my healing ankle. I broke it in 4 places over Memorial Day. Anyway, today I noticed as I got out of the shower after class I could wrap my towel around myself and there was NO gaps showing the whole way down. It completely overlapped!!! That didnt happen last week! A small victory but one that made me giddy nonetheless.

    That is GREAT!! Good for you!! Keep up the amazing work!! I am sitting here waiting with a broken ankle myself, waiting for the ok to start working out again. Boy do I miss it!!
