I'm not sure, but here's what I am starting to think. It takes abt 1200 to just run the body. If you exercise, then you burn more calories and can afford to eat more. But at minimum, you need to eat the 1200. Someone posted that you should try to eat anywhere in between your 1200 and your calorie goal. If you eat closer to…

Hi! Thanks all.....pandorian, that worked, though it seems ironic that if you say you want to lose less per week, your calorie goal goes up and then you might lose more if your calorie goal is higher! ( eating more.....)

Net should be Close to goal? Help me understand please! Goal : 1230 Food:1623 Ex: -1435 Net: 188. I thought the goal was to get the net to zero? Cal remaining 1042. Don't even know what to do with that! Ugh! Frustrating! Thanks!

I'm just starting out here, but I make a smoothie with coconut milk, gnc chocolate , add fruit, a little almond butter, yogurt, and cinnamon. The fruit is melon and/ or blueberries, whatever I have....I love them....
