Congrats!!!

I used to be the same way until I completely re-vamped and cleaned up my diet. Now I love veggies! I mostly like them roasted with seasonings. I started slowly, trying one veggie at a time a couple of months after cleaning up my diet. I didn't love them all but I liked a lot more than I did before.

You should have a few servings of oil a day for healthy fats (False: oil is PURE fat and highly processed. You can get healthy fats from eating whole foods like avocados and coconuts)

Veggies help but fruits are still great. Some have lost weight on diets based on tons of fruits. I would suggest maybe green drinks that are heavy on the veggies with some fruits added. Also nuts are helpful. :)

Congrats on losing the weight! I know how you feel, it's hard to tell yourself to eat more because I know when I eat more I eat way too much. Its a hard balance. Feel free to add me for support. :)

I get pretty horrible cramps so I definitely ease up on the exercise during the first 2 days of my period. Usually I just got for a walk or something.

They aren't that great for you. If you don't like them don't eat them. There are other ways to get the health benefits. :)
