Tcby has several fat free, no sugar added favors. There is a tcby close to my work and I often go for a "kiddie" size, which is .90 of a serving(4 oz.) and only 80 cals (0 fat). My favorites are white choc macadamia nut and mt blackberry. They even have a variety of fresh fruit you can add. I like the white choc with…

I'm always over on my sugars. I don't eat refined or processed sugars, besides the occasional cheat day. I don't even pay attention to that macro on MFP. I do, however, watch the amount of fruit I do eat, as that is what makes those numbers high. I don't stress over it though.

Wow!! Just wow! You look amazing!!

Awesome!! I can always use a push every once in awhile:) And I'm not a bad pusher either. Lol!

Just finished week 1 yesterday therefore today, I rest. lol. The first week was definetely intense, but after three or four days, I felt a little give. For me the forward lunges with bicep curl was the hardest of them all. The second day I fell. Like, butt on the floor fell. The top of my right thigh just couldn't take it…

I recently increased my strength training as well and noticed a couple of "extra" pounds. I, like you, wasn't happy but soon realized that my muscles were only retaining water to repair themselves from the extra work I was doing. Give it some time. The numbers will catch up.

This one is not the lighter version. With the strawberries I logged upwards of 230 cals. I'll have to look for the no sugar added version. It was really yummy, just not sure if I can handle all the sugar:/

Wow! Thanks so much for posting. My reliance on the scale sometimes overshadows my progress:/ good to see/hear an encouraging word:)

I'm determined that it will eventually even out. However, I am a bit concerned now that I'm doing too much HIIT and not enough low intensity, therefore as the poster said, my caloric balance is off. I'm at 1200 now, never going over. Should I go 1000 and see what that does??

I would be interested in hearing what the doc has to say. Good luck!

Good idea. I actually just texted my husband and asked him to pick me up a measuring tape after work. And I hadn't even thought of progress pics. Brilliant! Thanks!

Thanks so much! It's good to be encouraged:)

Thanks so much! I appreciate the push:)

Good thought. I will remember that. Lets say, hypothetically, that this is the case. Are the muscles then, re-trainable.
-
Oh, most def! For sure, without a doubt.

I've added various HIIT routines as well as Pilates.

Thanks so much! Im determined to move forward. I will look into the arm band thing as well. Thanks again!

This is embarrassing to admit. I have no idea if I've gained inches in my stomach because I've never measured. Anything. Ever. I've always relied on my scale to gauge my progress. Which was good when I was 70 pounds over weight. The smaller numbers motivated me to push forward. But now that I've switched my focus more to…

Maybe more salt. Makes sense, I guess.

In my abs? From the increase in training?

I wish. It's not that time. However, it does remind me of that bloating feeling that comes with that.
