keep pushing on- i am 52 and the beginning was very depressing; but now i am losing approx 1 1/2 lbs a wk :) watch your sugar & salt intake; they are the enemy! DON'T GIVE UP- it will happen if you remain steadfast :) best to you :smile:

You've got it all right! I stay above 1200 but below my "earned" calories. I don't necessarily exercise more to be able to eat more, but I do find I have to have a Hershey kiss for an evening snack to make my daily goal! I have been losing every week also :) Success to you!

MFP recommends 8 cups ( 8oz each) of water a day. From what I've read- you should only drink when you're thirsty. Everyone requires a different amount of hydration, so you have to listen to your body. If you're thirsty, drink! :)
