Slice it thin with an onion, put on cookie sheet, spray with olive oil spray or pam and roast at 425 for about 30-40 minutes. It is awesome!!!!!

That's great logging on the phone. That helps me when I am not near my computer. I tend to "forget" what I actually have eaten if I don't log right away. Good luck to you.....

It doesn't matter how old our sons are (33 and 31), they come here and we watch it. My favorite line is when Ralphie is on line visiting Santa and he says DON'T BOTHER ME, I'M THINKING!!! We say it all the time to each other and to our sons. Classic Christmas movie.
