Thanks for the advice. I will talk to my doctor about it. My baby is about six months old now so shes starting to eat more solid foods and less breastmilk anyways. I think I will just lower my carbs slowly bit by bit and play it by ear. I found a few websites that recommend starting low carb diets at the pre-maintenance or…

I usually burn from 450-550 calories during the first month workouts. But everyone is different. I depends on what you get your heartrate up to and how long you maintain that. The intro video to Insanity says you can burn up to 1000 calories in a workout so I guess 776 should be normal.

Thanks! I guess I will have to start cooking with olive oil more instead of Pam spray. I already eat some type of nut everyday but I never thought of seeds! I don't like the plain greek yogurt and all the flavored ones are 0% fat but Ill keep looking! Maybe Whole Foods will have it?

Thanks so much for the advice! My number one priority is to be able to breastfeed for my daughter so I will definitely try and increase my calories. I think I will start adding a protein shake at night to help add extra calories and protein. Its so hard not to want to go full force but the baby comes first!!

I would recommend quinoa. It takes a lot less time to prepare than brown rice (only about 15 minutes compared to 45 minutes for brown rice) and it has more fiber and protein than brown rice.A cup of cooked quinoa has 220 calories, 8 g protein, 3.5 g fat, 39.5 g carbohydrates and 5 g fiber Carbs aren't necessarily bad. Your…
