I believe her goal is a totally of 50lbs. Her arms and legs are starting to get cut and I told her she replaced fat with muscle but any negative will replace any positive i guess.

I use to drink a case within my first hour and it wouldnt give me a buzz. At first it was hard cause that was my way of unwinding down and I had to find a new way but I feel great. I had to learn how to modify everything that I ate and I wasnt sure if I had to do the same for my beer.

You should reply back with a delicious but super fattening recipe like " Only eat this for 1 week and you will lose 5lbs a day. Start off by eating 1 whole can of nutella with a gallon of chocholate milk......etc! Lol.

I couldnt agree with you more. I hated those suits every since my coach put one on me to make my weigh-in before my bouts. After he would rush water/pedialyte into my body to rehydrate. I do not miss that!!!
