If you are experiencing really bad fatigue like.. getting hit by a truck type of sudden tired then you might need to get your thyroid checked. When mine was undiagnosed I was sleeping all the time. I would be tired just doing nothing and a lot of people thought I was lazy as *kitten*. But I literally couldn't make my body…

I started with workout apps. I made myself stick to it. Started with one then I worked in two. Now at night I do 3 different workout apps just to get a good workout in. Burn anywhere between 181kcal to 333kcal. I used Buttocks workout app, Abs workout app and Lose weight in 30 days app. I also do a workout video in the…

I didn't do a 30DS video on Sunday morning but I completed the rest of my workouts (I have morning and evening workouts every day). My body just told me nope that morning and I listened. Did level 1 yesterday and I gotta say, that break really helped. I was able to complete the exercises a lot better than I usually do. And…

I'm hypo & was diagnosed over 5 years ago. For a few years I was actually able to lose weight (with a very watchful diet and lots of exercise) my lowest weight was about 163lbs. I then got switched to a generic brand of medication (thanks insurance! ) and everything kinda went down hill from there. My last appointment was…

I gave myself a limit to only have 4 total cheat meals (not days) out of the month. So far I haven't used any of them but it's nice knowing I have them, just in case. If I'm stuck in a social situation where I have to go out and I need to eat, I get the healthiest possible food I can (Usually ends up being a salad with no…

Really did not want to do my workout today but powered through it because I knew I would regret it if I didnt. I've lost track of what day I'm on. I think it's like 8 or 9. Still lvl 1. Good luck today, everyone. You can definitely do it!

Could be muscle too! Keep up the great work! I attempted lvl 2 yesterday but had to keep stopping because of the sweat on my hands. Doesn't work well with tile floor lol

I just finished doing 5 days of Level 1. I'm not sure when I should move on to level 2 but reading through some of these posts makes me realize I'm definitely not ready lol I am excited for the day I finally will be though! I haven't taken any measurements yet. I'll probably do that once I hit day 10

STARTING WEIGHT AND DATE WITH MFP (MY FITNESS PAL): I joined in 2012, I had already lost a little bit before joining but my highest weight ever was 248. I had managed to drop my weight to 163 which was my all time lowest. Life happened and I gained some weight back. I always wanted to lose it again but I was just too…

Congratulations! That's a huge thing and you should definitely feel proud of yourself! I tend to have that problem, as well. I've learned that I can't take the package with me or I tend to eat more than I should. Measuring it out before I leave the kitchen at least keeps me accountable or I'll mindlessly eat. I had lunch…

@ARobertsMurra Yes, you do look pretty. Should smile more, you'd probably be even prettier.

I actually reached my goal a day ago. Went from 246 to 185. Now my new goal is 170 or less if I feel I can do it. Congratulations to all the ladies in the group for trying so hard.

I read somewhere that it was recommended to drink a glass of water before every meal. When I had problems with wanting to eat more than I should I went for a piece of gum... mostly because I wasn't actually hungry, I just thought I was because I wanted to chew on something. If you need something to tide you over till your…
