I do one with non fat sour cream and plain non fat yogurt, spianch and a package of dry vegtable soup mix. (get the low sodium) I it very good and good for you.

I have substituted applesauce for oil when baking. In curious, what are you substituting with pumpkin. Also where are you that you can't find canned pumpkin? I heard there was a shortage but I have not had a problem finding it in Michigan.

You need to eat 1200, so if you exercise you have that many more to equal 1200. Not sure if that makes sense.

I tried it and the food was really bad. I made it about 3 weeks. You also have to by all your veggies, fruit and dairy.
