Anyone know a veggie dip that is low in Sodium? I have high blood pressure and I have to watch my sodium and all the veggie dips at the store contain so much :(

  • I say make your own! Fage 2% greek yogurt is rich, thick, creamy, and very low in sodium. Its only 130 cals per 8 oz. so for a veggie dip, a little would go a long way. I mix in this organic dill blend that I got from Whole Foods, that I do believe is salt-free. Also, Tony Cachere's is great too- but its got a ton of sodium in it, so maybe you could just use a dash. :)

I do one with non fat sour cream and plain non fat yogurt, spianch and a package of dry vegtable soup mix. (get the low sodium) I it very good and good for you.
  • They also make a salt free Tony Chachere's...
