How to add a new recipe?

You add each ingredient separately and then save the whole thing as a meal. So if your recipe serves 4 then you'd enter that you ate 1/4 of it. If there is a better way I hope some one else jumps in here, but this is how I've done it so far.
Also Sparks people has a free recipe calculator that is pretty easy to use. I've enter stuff there then just copied the end result over here.
