Outstanding. Bravo. If you've lost motivation, look into other ways to exercise that you'll enjoy!! But you might want to increase your calories if you're doing anything more strenuous. Ever thought of lifting weights? It's addictive!

^^ This. They are awesome, and you have more direct contact with the ground, as if you were barefoot. They are a little expensive (I think around 80-90??) but totally worth it - I've also seen them on sale at REI.

I was under the impression that you were supposed to warm up more as the weights get heavier? For instance, I don't know what I could do to warm up for bench pressing 50 lbs other than…
