Whenever I finish my daily log, I want for all of the categories to be in green. If they are in red I do more excercise the next day, but I am told that it is the calories that really matter.

I am not at my normal computer so I will update my ticker later, but I have officialy walked 17 miles as of today. Had to catch up on a few of those miles as I started a little late but with walks incorporated into my breaks and lunches and before and after work with my dogs I am onto a good start. 33 more miles to go.
