Doesn't matter how fast you run - the fact is you're out there! I started at 12 or 13 minute mile! Now I'm at a 9 to 10 minute mile and still working on improving! Don't give up!

I went right to ****'s Sporting Goods and they were very helpful and saw what kind of food I had and had me try on a few different ones to see which felt right for me. Everyone is different...so definitely go some place and talk to someone.

I used to have this problem too - getting so upset at myself. When you realize what you did - just stop and start fresh the next day! You can do it! It's easy to go off track but it'll get less and less as you keep going along your weight loss journey. Good luck! :)

I couldn't do it easily when I first started it...but my endurance picked up within a few days and I was able to do it! It takes time - as any exercise to get used to! Good luck! Keep at it!

I did my first 5K last year and it was GREAT! I ran the whole way - a HUGE accomplishment for myself! I was scared too but it went very well and I'm sure it will for you as well! Go out there and have fun!

Definitely worth it! I am on level 2 and it is INTENSE! Every time I'm done I tell my fiancee that Jillian killed me! haha...but I feel so much better. I do have to say that you need to take rest days or possibly get injured...I've had hurt knees, shoulders, and abs with this workout so far...but I already saw results…

I just did day 3 of level 2 today - so on day 13 - my abs, knees and shoulders are so sore from this level! Level 2 is hell - I can't imagine what level 3 is! I can't wait to see the results though! It's getting easier! Definitely worth it - I already see results from when I started and when I finished level 1!

I can't get into running on a treadmill after running outside! A treadmill is too boring for me! I stopped running for the time being and am doing other exercises and picking running up again when the temps are up again and the snow is off the ground! Just my opinion though :)

Great job! I always check out a restaurant ahead of time and choose a meal (if menu's are available online) - it makes me feel so much better about my choices! You don't need to cut out things you like - you just have to moderate portions! Again - great job, keep it up! :)

After 2 days off from the pain I pushed through a little bit of pain this morning to do day 2 - and I'm feeling GOOD right now! I always feel better exercising so stopping for 2 days killed me! I'm glad I did it this morning and am looking forward to doing it again tomorrow morning!
