There's this stuff called Lotus Biscoff Spread, and it's absolutely heavenly. I take about half a tablespoon and put it in my oatmeal, with half a tablespoon of sugar and it tastes like sheer orgasms.

Mine was fairly quick. I was already used to jotting down what I ate and exercising, but doing it daily kicked in after the third day. I just feel WRONG if I don't get thirty minutes of exercise a day, at very least, and I feel pretty guilty if I don't get sixty minutes OR burn over my goal.

I wish I wore contacts more often or could take my glasses off! My eyesight isn't too terrible, but my eyes take forever to adjust and my depth perception is just horrid, so I end up bumping into things and hitting my face on the floor during Burpees. Lol~!

It's AMAZING. It's sweeter than milk, but I don't like the unsweetened version too much. It tastes awkward to me. The dark chocolate isn't bad either, and I usually despise chocolate.
