  • The SAME thing happens to me! As soon as i finish a nice big healthy lunch, or dinner, a minute later i am craving sugar. I literally am fighting myself over it.   • I would try eating out of the norm. what do you eat on a daily basis? Also i would try some resistance training instead of all the walking/jogging. The more muscle you have, the more calories your body burns at rest. Also when i do jogging/or elliptical i can burn 400-500 calories in 45 minutes, when i was lifting weights…
